North Carolina Clean Energy Fund (NCCEF)


is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting North Carolinians and the clean energy economy through the provision of financial and informative support. We utilize public and private capital to catalyze investments in clean energy, energy efficiency, and green projects in the state.

North Carolina awarded $156 million in Solar for All funds! 

The North Carolina Clean Energy Fund is proud to be a lead partner in EnergizeNC, North Carolina’s Solar for All coalition. We are thrilled to be selected by the Environmental Protection Agency for $156 million in Solar for All funding. The grant will catalyze the development of a robust and equitable program enabling the rapid deployment of distributed solar and associated battery storage with meaningful benefits to households across the state, particularly in low-income and disadvantaged communities.


Home electrification program launches in Asheville-Buncombe County (ABC)
