NCCEF is expanding our operations into South Carolina! The South Carolina Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development will lead NCCEF’s operations in South Carolina and will work to build strong partnerships with key public and private local, state, and national entities to build accessible and affordable loan programs for all South Carolina residents.
